Role Overview
The talent manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all talent participating in the league (both management and on-screen). The role combines operational experience, relationship management, and live-production execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management & Relationships
- Own day-to-day communication with talents and agents, acting as the primary point of contact for all talent-related topics
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with talent and agents
- Coordinate season hype, promotional phases, and campaign participation with talents
- Contracts & Administration
- Manage talent admin, including contracts, availability, and key documentation
- Coordinate and regularly review deliverables in close collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Oversee and track all agreed deliverables
- Live Show
- Manage call times, schedules, and on-site presence for all matchdays
- Work closely with production to build and maintain the run of show, adapting to schedule changes as required
- Coordinate sponsor, partner, and social integrations involving talent
- Lead on floor management of talent during live shows
- Manage talent accreditation, VIP access, ticketing, and entourage processes
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange and book all talent travel and accommodation in line with pre-agreed budgets
