Legal Counsel / Lawyer - Football

Responsibilities Prepare, review and negotiate contracts and various other types of commercial agreements, including consulting agreements, intellectual property license agreements, etc. Prepare, file and maintain corporate records and registrations in the various jurisdictions in which the company operates. Research a variety of legal issues and provide clear, concise advice and recommendations. Manage key contract dates and milestones. Assist with any other duties or initiatives as designated by the Corporate Counsel from time-to-time. Requirements 2 years of relevant experience in managing legal contracts. Desirable experience in image rights management or football/league environment. Negotiation skills and commercial approach. Proactivity and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Being a collaborative team player. Ability to work to tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to change.
