Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Talent Management Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing Talent & Media team.

This role is designed for university students seeking hands-on experience in sports, entertainment, and talent management. You’ll gain exposure to every part of the process – from coordinating player appearances and shoots to supporting live events and building relationships with some of the most exciting names in football.

This is a dynamic, non-traditional role that will provide real insight into how a leading sports and media organisation manages elite talent in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the talent and media portfolio.
  • Coordinate transport, logistics, and scheduling for talent appearances, shoots, and live events.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, calendars, and booking documents.
  • Assist with on-site support during shoots, interviews, and live productions.
  • Liaise with agents, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare briefs, call sheets, and basic documentation as required.
  • Support with general operations, research, and ad-hoc project needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator with a professional, proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines calmly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable working discreetly with high-profile talent.
  • Interest in football, sports culture, and the wider entertainment landscape is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Reliable, process-led, hardworking, and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during on-season periods.
  • Please note: this is not a personal content creation role – it focuses on logistics, coordination, and behind-the-scenes operations.
  • This is an unpaid internship, with the potential to become a permanent role.

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience working directly with elite talent and major football projects.
  • Exposure to production, logistics, talent management, live events, and brand partnerships.
  • Insight into how a fast-growing sports and media organisation operates day-to-day.
  • Opportunity to develop key industry skills and build professional relationships.
  • Real-world experience that supports future careers in sports management, event production, PR, or media.

Why Join Baller League

Be part of a groundbreaking sports entertainment brand that’s shaping the next generation of football.

At Baller League, you’ll join a collaborative, high-energy culture where initiative, creativity, and ambition are valued – and where no two days are ever the same.
