We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Events Management Intern to support the delivery of Baller League’s live football events and fan experiences. This role is ideal for university students seeking hands-on experience in sports events, entertainment, and live production. You’ll gain first-hand insight into how large-scale, high-energy events are planned, coordinated, and executed - from concept to kick-off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Events & Operations team in planning and delivering live matchdays, fan activations, and media events
  • Assist with logistics coordination, including venue setup, staffing, accreditation, and supplier management
  • Help manage on-site operations during events; supporting crew, talent, and partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain and update internal event schedules, contact sheets, and production documents
  • Conduct research and compile briefs for upcoming events, suppliers, and partners
  • Provide administrative support, including expense tracking, equipment inventory, and logistics coordination
  • Work cross-functionally with the Talent, Media, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless event delivery
