Location: Worcester (Head Office) with regular travel to Birmingham City Centre

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working: Office-based during induction, then 60% office-based

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of marketing campaigns, create engaging content, manage our digital presence and support business growth across multiple channels. Working closely with our recruitment consultants and the wider Ballards marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our employer brand, deliver creative campaigns, support events and help position Four Squared as a leading recruitment partner across the Midlands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating engaging content across social media, email marketing and digital platforms
  • Writing compelling job adverts, blogs and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Managing LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media channels
  • Supporting networking events, client events and brand campaigns
  • Delivering targeted email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Tracking campaign performance and using insights to improve results
  • Working with CRM and marketing platforms to support business development
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Ballards Group on exciting marketing initiatives

About You:

You’ll be a creative and organised marketer who enjoys taking ownership and bringing ideas to life. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous marketing experience, ideally within recruitment, professional services or another B2B environment
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Experience with social media, digital marketing and email campaigns
  • Confidence using CRM systems, marketing platforms and digital tools
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for delivering high-quality marketing
