Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Hybrid Working: Full-time office-based during induction, then 60% office-based

Working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll support a wide range of marketing activities including social media, digital marketing, events, content creation and business development campaigns. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has plenty of ideas and wants to develop within a supportive and ambitious team.

What You’ll Be Doing as Marketing Assistant:

  • Creating engaging social media content and marketing materials
  • Supporting digital marketing, email campaigns and website updates
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of events and sponsorship activities
  • Supporting business development campaigns across the firm
  • Coordinating marketing requests from colleagues
  • Maintaining marketing systems, campaign records and reporting
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and project support to the marketing team

About You as Marketing Assistant:

  • Around one year’s marketing experience (or transferable experience with a genuine passion for marketing)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A creative mindset with great attention to detail
  • Confidence using digital platforms and online tools
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools or website CMS platforms would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
