We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outsourced Finance Associate to join our growing Outsourced Accounts team. In this role, you will assist in managing the day-to-day accounting and finance needs for a variety of clients, helping to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
About the role:
- Accurate weekly/monthly data entry to support real-time accounting
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
- Balancing and maintaining ledgers with precision
- Processing monthly financial data in a timely and organised manner
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver seamless service
- Investigating and following up on client information in line with Service Level Agreements
- Identifying and escalating any discrepancies or anomalies in financial data
- Maintaining consistent communication with clients to meet record-keeping deadlines
- Ensuring all software entries are accurate and well-documented
- Attending college regularly and engaging fully with your study programme
About you:
You’ll be an enthusiastic and committed individual who is keen to continue to develop a career in accountancy. You should have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has achieved AAT Level 2 or 3
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Is committed to personal development and exam success through regular college attendance, whilst continuing to study for their AAT qualification and beyond
