Overview
Location: Birmingham office up to 2 days per week depending on projects - Hybrid with regular travel to client sites
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation projects
- Run client workshops and gather business requirements
- Configure NetSuite and deliver tailored ERP solutions
- Manage data migration, integrations, testing and go‑live activities
- Deliver user training and support change adoption
- Support solution design, pre‑sales activity and project scoping
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience delivering NetSuite implementations
- Experience leading functional workstreams or acting as a functional consultant
- Strong ERP process knowledge (O2C, P2P and R2R)
- Experience with workshops, business analysis, testing and user training
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial, solution‑focused approach with the confidence to engage at all levels
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites
NetSuite certifications, consultancy experience and knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics or other ERP platforms would be advantageous.
