As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our forward-thinking team. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing team to drive lead generation and identify new business opportunities. You'll play a key role in initiating contact with prospective clients and arranging pre-qualified meetings for our engagement team.

About the role- Proactively contact potential clients via phone to assess interest and schedule introductory meetings
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to shape and communicate our value proposition
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the CRM system
- Keep detailed logs of calls, responses, and other valuable insights
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £65,000
About you
- Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a related customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence in presenting services over the phone in a clear and engaging way
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and innovate
- Target-driven and committed to achieving results
