Ballantynes wishes to recruit an experienced sales advisor for a stunning new homes development in Fife, for a highly regarded housebuilder client. We are looking for a talented sales person who is highly driven, customer focused and can provide a first class customer experience. The individual will manage the full customer journey from enquiry to beyond settlement.

Key Elements of the Role

  • Manage all aspects of sales and marketing activities on the development.
  • Respond to and manage leads, applying product knowledge, selling skills and initiative to close sales whilst working to a target sales rate.
  • Manage and progress the customer journey, working with colleagues and external parties to progress sales, achieve completions and provide after sales care.
  • Work to agreed sales targets.
  • Ensure the sales centre/show home is presented in a pristine condition.
  • Ensure record keeping, sales administration and reporting structures are managed and recorded accurately and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building relationships.
  • Gather market and competitor research, awareness and relevant information.
  • Keeping an accurate knowledge of the site and work in close liaison with the site manager.
  • Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage advisors and others relevant to the new build site.
  • Make day to day decisions for the successful running of the site in consultation with the Developer Client and Line Manager.

Salary: Excellent Base + commission scheme.

Job Types: Full-time, Thursdays – Mondays 11am – 5pm

Benefits: Company Pension, Private Healthcare option, Training

Experience: Ideally 1+ year’s experience in a similar role although those outwith the industry will be considered.
