The Role
You will sit at the critical junction between concept and reality, owning process development end to end. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking products from concept to scalable, repeatable factory output
- Running and owning factory trials
- Solving stability, consistency, and process challenges in ambient formats
- Refining manufacturing methods without eroding product quality
- Working cross-functionally while owning outcomes
- Driving meaningful continuous improvement
