The Role
Working across a modern manufacturing facility, you'll play a vital role in ensuring production equipment remains safe, reliable and operating at peak performance.
Your responsibilities will include
- Planned preventative maintenance across production machinery and site equipment.
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding, diagnosis and repair.
- Responding to breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and performance.
- Working closely with production and operational teams to maximise plant availability.
- Ensuring all maintenance work is completed in line with Health & Safety and food manufacturing standards.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with engineers who have
- Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within manufacturing.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
- A recognised engineering qualification.
- A proactive approach and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is advantageous but not essential.
