An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role sits at the heart of the supply chain, working closely with commercial, logistics, and operational teams to ensure products flow smoothly from supplier to customer. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys detail, thrives on organisation, and likes being the go-to person who keeps everything moving.
The Role
- Support day-to-day supply chain activity, ensuring orders, contracts, and stock are accurately managed and communicated.
- Play a key role in maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships while keeping systems, data, and reporting up to date.
- Process new contracts and ensure accurate system set-up.
- Manage and maintain order confirmations for customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate production and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Track orders from placement through to delivery, providing regular updates.
- Produce and maintain stock and forecasting reports.
- Support stock forecasting and availability planning.
- Raise and process customer invoices.
- Monitor usage of licences and supporting documentation where required.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a joined-up supply chain approach.
- Provide general administrative support to the supply chain function.
About You
- 2-3 years experience in a supply chain, operations, or coordination role.
- Strong numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills (comfortable working with large, linked spreadsheets).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
