The Role
You sit at the critical junction between concept and reality. Owning process development end to end, you ensure that what starts in the kitchen survives scale-up without dilution. That is the real challenge in ambient and where strong technologists stand out. You will lead factory trials, optimise processes, and solve the issues that only appear when premium products meet ambient constraints.
