ABOUT THE ROLE:
Fly high with Super Air as our new Regional Operations Manager for our Hawkes Bay region. You'll be providing leadership to the operations function to enhance the performance culture and safety focus of Super Air.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Leading the customer experience and representing Super Air in market
- Developing and maintaining industry and community networks
- Streamlining the delivery of product and resources to airstrips to increase productivity of flying hours
- Leading regional growth strategies
- Providing positive and professional leadership to the regional team members
ABOUT YOU:
You are an experienced leader who is able to get the best from others. You have a passion and understanding of the agriculture sector. You also have:
- A full licence
- An ability to work strategically to deliver business goals
- Demonstrable planning and logistics experience
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
- Proven leadership and coaching experience
