Position overview: The position covers managing communication with the customers, maintenance of the SAP system to ensure orders are fulfilled, and planning of production to meet customers' needs. You will perform sales and forecasting analysis in order to set high standards for forecast accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing orders, stock maintenance and reporting in SAP system
- Production planning to meet customer demands and Ball business plan
- Management of day to day customer relationship
- Delivery management with Logistics provider and customer specific logistics analysis
- Management of movement of support stock into the UK from outside of the EU
- Sales reporting
- Design processing with Graphics Controller
- Customer sales forecasting and analysis
- Customer visits & relationship management, development of customer initiatives
- Support to Customer Fulfilment Manager on KPI data including Slow and non-moving inventory, OTIF
- Assist sales and finance with customer credit balances to meet KPI requirements and speedy resolution to invoice/credit queries
- Management of Regional ends planning as required
- Liaison with plant management on operational, technical and commercial issues
What are we looking for?
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field
- Experience working in a Customer Fulfilment team
- Proven experience dealing with major blue-chip customers
- Capability of working in dynamic and fast pace environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and SAP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English
