We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Talent Executive to represent and support digital creators and influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Snapchat. This role focuses on managing day-to-day talent needs, negotiating brand deals, building strategic partnerships, and helping creators grow their careers and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Representation & Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned creators/influencers. Provide strategic guidance on content, brand positioning, and audience growth. Manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables. Review and approve content to ensure quality and brand alignment.
- Brand Partnerships & Deal Negotiation: Identify partnership opportunities and pitch talent to relevant brands and agencies. Negotiate rates, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, and contract terms. Ensure contracts protect the talent’s best interests and align with long-term goals. Maintain strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, marketing firms, and platforms.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign workflow from brief to final delivery. Coordinate communication between talent and brand teams. Ensure creators receive clear feedback, instructions, and support. Track deliverables, submit performance reports, and maintain campaign documentation.
- Career Growth & Strategy: Develop personalised growth strategies for each creator (content diversification, platform expansion, brand positioning). Identify long‑term opportunities such as product lines, podcasts, events, collaborations, or media ventures. Monitor industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools or platforms.
- Operations & Talent Support: Manage invoicing, payments, and financial tracking for brand partnerships. Resolve issues related to contracts, content approvals, or platform policies. Maintain talent profiles, media kits, rate cards, and analytics dashboards.
- 1+ year of experience in influencer management, talent representation, marketing, or entertainment.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle fast‑paced environments and multiple projects at once.
