To meet production targets, by managing the production equipment, adhering to H&S requirements, meeting PM compliance, improving and securing line efficiency, fault finding and responsible for monthly and weekly maintenance tasks.
This role involves shift work, 12-hour shifts, involving days, nights and weekend working.
Health and safety checks, work in a safe manor following the company guide lines Completion of daily and monthly PM’s React to break downs Problem solving and identifying faults Work within a team, building and sharing knowledge, lead and help the mechanics when needed Priorities work to maximise output Communicate with your Team Leader, and communicate good and effective hand overs Ensure all Quality checks and start up sheets are complete What are we looking for?
