Position overview
As a Back End Engineer, you will support manufacturing sites across EMEA and globally, driving process improvements, installations, and best practice implementation. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising back‑end production equipment while supporting innovation, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide engineering support for projects and process improvements
- Support installations, audits, and efficiency initiatives
- Drive maintenance standards and best practices
- Deliver technical support and training to plant teams
- Identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and engineering teams
- Produce clear and timely site visit reports
What we are looking for:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent) knowledge of concorde machine
- Strong knowledge of back‑end manufacturing processes
- Proven problem‑solving and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self‑motivated team player
