We are seeking a passionate and strategic Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to lead our UK DEI efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving DEI initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Drive DEI strategies across the UK, working closely with leadership to ensure initiatives are aligned with the company's mission.
- Lead the development and implementation of DEI programs, focusing on recruitment, retention, and inclusion efforts.
- Regularly measure and report on DEI progress, fostering an environment that promotes belonging for all employees.
- Advocate for DEI throughout the organization, providing guidance and support to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into the company culture.
Strategic Leadership and DEI Integration
- Lead the development and implementation of DEI strategies across the UK operations.
- Ensure DEI initiatives align with the company's overall business goals and culture.
- Drive efforts to recruit and retain a diverse workforce through inclusive hiring practices.
DEI Training and Development
- Design and implement DEI training programs for employees at all levels.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions that promote inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
- Monitor and measure the success of DEI programs and report progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate DEI best practices into all areas of the business.
- Provide guidance and resources to employees and leaders on DEI-related matters.
Advocacy and External Partnerships
- Champion DEI efforts across the company, advocating for diversity and inclusion at all levels.
- Develop relationships with external organizations to support and promote diversity in the workplace.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience in leading and managing DEI programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of DEI best practices and UK-specific diversity legislation.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior leadership on DEI issues.
- Experience developing and delivering DEI training and educational initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in fostering an inclusive culture across large, diverse teams.
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Desirable
