About Us
At Balineum, we are passionate about beautiful bathrooms. We offer a carefully curated collection of bathroom and kitchen finishes and furnishings, working with British and European suppliers known for exceptional quality. Over the past decade, tiles have grown to represent more than 70% of Balineum’s business and have become the hallmark of our brand. Our clients include leading interior designers and architects from around the world. We predominantly collaborate on high-end residential projects and are regularly featured in leading interior design publications. We're a small, close-knit team based between our studio in Hampstead and a new warehouse space in N4 1TD opening in Autumn 2026, where this role will be based. Initial training will take place at our NW3 studio ahead of the move.
Role Overview

You'll support the Production Manager and Head of Operations, coordinating inbound goods and the quality control process, and handling the fulfilment of customer orders. You are switched-on, careful and genuinely invested in doing things properly. This is not a high-volume pick-and-pack environment. This is a genuinely exciting moment to join. Our new warehouse facility at Florentia Village, N4 opens in early Autumn 2026, and you'll play a hands-on role helping us with the move.

- Careful and detail-oriented - you take pride in doing things properly
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be chased to get things done
- Confident communicator - on the floor and over email or WhatsApp
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or fulfilment is preferred, though attitude and careful attention to detail matter just as much
- A genuine interest in interiors, design or materials is a plus - we're a design-led brand and everyone who joins us cares about what we make
- Quick to pick up internal systems - familiarity with CRM software is helpful, BrightPearl experience a bonus but not essential
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Receiving, unpacking and carefully laying out inbound goods - tiles, mirrors, accessories - ready for quality inspection
- Documenting all goods in, taking photographs and filing them to our cloud storage system
- Assisting with checking tile orders against purchase orders - confirming quantities, colours and designs
- Packing and wrapping boxed orders and pallet shipments to a high standard – training will be given
- Identifying and logging any product or packaging issues
