This is a practical, varied role at the heart of our operations. You'll support the Production Manager and Head of Operations, coordinating inbound goods and the quality control process, and handling the fulfilment of customer orders. You are switched-on, careful and genuinely invested in doing things properly. This is not a high-volume pick-and-pack environment. We're a small, close-knit team based between our studio in Hampstead and a new warehouse space in N4 1TD opening in Autumn 2026, where this role will be based. Initial training will take place at our NW3 studio ahead of the move.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practically minded, and comfortable handling and moving heavy products safely as part of a hands‑on warehouse role - happy to get stuck in and figure things out
- Organised and methodical
- Careful and detail-oriented - you take pride in doing things properly
- Self‑starter who doesn't need to be chased to get things done
- Confident communicator - on the floor and over email or WhatsApp
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or fulfilment is preferred, though attitude and careful attention to detail matter just as much.
- A genuine interest in interiors, design or materials is a plus - we're a design‑led brand and everyone who joins us cares about what we make
- Quick to pick up internal systems - familiarity with CRM software is helpful, BrightPearl experience a bonus but not essential
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Receiving, unpacking and carefully laying out inbound goods - tiles, mirrors, accessories - ready for quality inspection
- Documenting all goods in, taking photographs and filing them to our cloud storage system
- Assisting with checking tile orders against purchase orders - confirming quantities, colours and designs
- Packing and wrapping boxed orders and pallet shipments to a high standard – training will be given
- Identifying and logging any product or packaging issues
- Liaising with shippers and the sales team on delivery issues
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse space daily
Full‑time, permanent position
Projected start date: August 2026
Location: New warehouse space at Florentia Village, N4 1TD / Onboarding at our studio in NW3 5RN.
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience (from £30,000 + potential profit‑sharing bonus)
Holiday: 33 days annual leave including public holidays, plus the office closure between Christmas and New Year
