Balhousie Care Group is recruiting a Regional Chef to lead the kitchen team across the region, delivering nutritious, well-balanced meals and excellent resident-focused service. You will design menus, manage stock and budgets, and ensure the kitchen maintains high hygiene standards in line with EHO regulations.
Experience in a commercial kitchen is required, ideally within care, with an SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Catering & Hospitality and Level 3 Food Hygiene certification preferred.
