As we move from our winter opening hours into a busy summer season, we are looking to grow our kitchen teams across both our Café and Steak Barn. We are seeking enthusiastic chefs of all levels who enjoy working with high-quality local produce in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Whether you are experienced or looking to develop your skills, this is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established and respected food business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Working across different sections depending on experience
  • Assisting with preparation and service
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams
  • Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Passion for good food and quality ingredients
