About The Role
Join our team as an Administrator and support the delivery of property, project and Hard FM activities across our UK estate. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support to Property Managers and project teams. This is a varied and fast‑paced role where organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be at the centre of day‑to‑day activity, helping to ensure processes, systems and documentation are maintained to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the property services inbox, responding to queries and directing tasks appropriately
- Maintain property systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
- Act as a key point of contact for property‑related enquiries across the business
- Coordinate documentation, including legal approvals, schedules and policy updates
- Support diary management, travel planning and team coordination
- Update and monitor PPM schedules and project trackers
- Liaise with contractors to arrange maintenance, repairs and planned works
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and manage supplier set‑up
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and maintained in SharePoint
Who we’re looking for
- Previous administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
