Responsibilities

  • Managing project costs and commercial performance
  • Supporting procurement and subcontract management
  • Preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
  • Helping ensure successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project

Qualifications

  • BSc/HNC in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
  • NEC contract experience preferred
