Responsibilities
- Managing project costs and commercial performance
- Supporting procurement and subcontract management
- Preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports
- Working closely with design, operational teams and stakeholders
- Helping ensure successful delivery of a complex civil engineering project
Qualifications
- BSc/HNC in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
- Experience in Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- NEC contract experience preferred
