About The Role

LTC is one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects. LTC is a new road that will connect Kent and Essex through a tunnel beneath the River Thames and will be the greenest road ever built in the UK – creating six times more green space than road. The reliable new route will almost double road capacity over the river east of London to reduce congestion and give millions of people more choice on where they live, work and spend their valuable time. As an Information Manager, you will be tasked to lead for a non‑complex project, ensuring robust governance, compliance, digital integration and high‑quality information flow across all delivery functions and supply partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own IM delivery for the entire project.
  • Establish and maintain CDE architecture, metadata, permissions & workflows.
  • Drive capability uplift, training, recruitment and succession.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO 19650, IMP, MIDP/TIDP, coding structures.
  • Coordinate digital disciplines to ensure aligned workflows.
  • Support IM mobilisation for the project including onboarding and supply chain setup.
  • Provide expert technical support and resolve escalations.
  • Drive improvements, efficiencies and consistency across the project.
  • Ensure readiness for handover and project information deliverables.

Who we’re looking for

  • Expert‑level knowledge of ISO 19650, digital workflows and CDE platforms.
  • Significant experience delivering IM on major projects.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Competency in multi‑discipline integration (BIM/DE/CAD/DC/GIS).
