What you’ll be doing
As an Apprentice Data Administrator, your job is about helping manage, organise, and maintain data so a business can operate efficiently and make informed decisions. You’ll support teams by entering, updating, and checking data for accuracy, managing digital records, and assisting with reports. It’s about making sure information is stored securely, easy to access, and up to date. You’ll learn essential data management skills, how to use databases and software systems, follow data protection procedures, and spot errors or inconsistencies in data.
Who we’re looking for
For our Level 3 Apprenticeship, you’ll need 5 GCSEs or equivalent at passing grades. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialised roles to help you build expertise.
