Our client is one of the largest family‑owned construction businesses in the UK with more than 3000 employees and targeting a turnover of £1bn with multiple offices in England (including central London) and in Scotland. The company is looking to hire its most senior construction lawyer to lead the review, development, and governance of contract terms and conditions across the business, with a particular focus on NEC and FIDIC forms of contract.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience with NEC3 / NEC4 (ECC, PSC, TSC) and FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver Books)
- Proven track record in drafting and negotiating complex contracts
- Strong understanding of risk allocation, change/compensation mechanisms, and commercial management processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
