Trainee Assistant Manager
The Windmill is at the heart of the community, with a warm relaxed atmosphere in the centre of Hollingbourne, near Maidstone. With five brand-new boutique bedrooms and a selection of excellent local ales and fine wines, our food, largely sourced from local produce, is renowned for its heartiness and sophistication. If you\’re passionate about providing exceptional hospitality, we\’d love to welcome you to our team.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Assistant Manager to join our team — someone who loves great food, drink and hospitality, and is ready to take that next step towards a management role.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, learning the ropes and developing the skills to become an exceptional Assistant Manager.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the team day-to-day and helping everything run smoothly
- Leading by example with your energy and positivity
- Delivering brilliant guest experiences and keeping standards high
- Getting involved in everything from bookings and events to service and sales
- Learning how to hit financial targets and grow your leadership skills
