Hours:

  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Additional hours during the week may be required depending on business needs.

Role Overview: We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Reservation & Events Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Managing reservations and event bookings
  • Supporting event planning and coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
  • Liaising with other team members to ensure weekend is handed over for the week ahead
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
