We\’re looking for a Roaming Manager who enjoys mobility! Our Roaming Management Team moves throughout our collection of pubs and inns, holding sites as General Manager, covering holiday, sickness, and absence.
This is a hands-on, operational support role. The Roaming Team assists our fixed General Managers in the day-to-day operation of the pub, including building rotas, managing P&L, reporting, stock management (cash to liquor), developing sales and marketing plans, and leading & developing the team in service.
Once a pub is secured, it\’s onto the next. A hands-on approach is essential, and this role involves staying away from home during your working week.

- Maximize revenue by increasing volume
- Manage the pub\’s controllable costs
In this role, we need someone with:
- Previous management experience in a premium hospitality environment
- Excellent food & drink knowledge
- Understanding of financial targets and strategies to achieve them
- Experience with sales and marketing plans
- Organization skills for handling bedrooms and event bookings
- A valid driving license and vehicle
- Willingness to work away from home during the week (accommodation may not always be provided)
