Welcome to the world of Balfour Hospitality beyond Hush Heath Estate. We are proud to extend the hospitality for which we are renowned at Balfour Winery to the ten fantastic pubs we also own. Situated throughout Central London, East Sussex, Kent, and the Cotswolds, they offer premium food, drink, and a choice of boutique bedrooms. We\’re looking for a Roaming General Manager who likes to keep moving! Our Roaming Management Team moves throughout our collection of pubs and inns, holding sites as General Manager, covering holiday, sickness, and absence. This is a hands-on, operational support role. The Roaming Team assists our fixed General Managers in the day-to-day operation of the pub. This could include building rotas, managing the P&L, reporting, managing stock (from cash to liquor!), building sales and marketing plans, and of course leading & developing the team in service. Once a pub is held and secured, it\’s onto the next one. A hands-on approach is essential with this role. This role involves staying away from home during your working week.
