What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting our chefs with food preparation for restaurant service, picnics, and events
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization across the kitchen
  • Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
  • Helping plate dishes during busy service periods
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team to deliver consistently high‑quality food experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential — full training provided
