We’re now looking for a General Manager to run one of our beautiful Kent pubs – blending fresh, seasonal food, a premium drinks range, and boutique bedrooms. If you’re an experienced hospitality leader looking for your next challenge, this could be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
As General Manager, you’ll:
Build and lead an exceptional team – hiring, training & inspiring them every day
Drive outstanding guest experiences and keep standards sky-high
Deliver sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities
Manage day-to-day operations across food, drink, bedrooms & events
Be the face of the pub in your community
What We’re Looking For
Previous management experience in a premium hospitality setting
Strong food & drink knowledge
Commercial acumen – understanding budgets, forecasting, and marketing
A proactive, hands-on leadership style to inspire your team
Full driving licence & access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
