About the Role
The Falcon, nestled in the picturesque village of Painswick in The Cotswolds, is a stunning Georgian townhouse with 11 boutique bedrooms, a traditional bar, and a spacious dining room. We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in developing and maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen. Your focus will be on ensuring the quality, consistency, and presentation of our food, while sharing your knowledge with junior team members.
