About the Role
As an MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) Driver, you\’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of essential equipment to the Network Rail infrastructure. This is a key position within our Multi-Purpose Vehicle & Module Operation unit, offering the opportunity to work on critical shifts and contribute to the success of major contracts.
What you\’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and control a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV)
- Transport and deliver equipment to support operational delivery on the rail network
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on the MPV
- Collaborate with a small, dedicated team on high-profile projects
- Work flexibly to accommodate a roster that includes nights, weekends, bank holidays, and short-notice changes

- Qualified train driver with a strong safety record
- Solid understanding of railway health and safety standards, especially in train operations
- Holder of a valid Sentinel Card
- Up-to-date route knowledge and familiarity with the rail infrastructure
- Understanding of core asset modules

- Customer-focused with a professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
