As a Finishing Foreman, you will have a build background and provide supervision of the works and control of a team comprising Gangers and direct labour force. Supervision and control of the works of subcontractors throughout the project duration.
What you\’ll be doing
As a Finishing Foreman, you will:
- Provide supervision and coordinate the work team
- Allocate daily responsibilities and communicate updates
- Guarantee all safety and quality measures are met throughout the project
- Input into the production of Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for Temporary Works solutions
- Identify potential hazards and proactively implement actions and controls
- Monitor the performance of plant operators
- Carry out Safety & Environment Tours
Who we\’re looking for
As a Finishing Foreman, you will have:
- Proven experience working as a Foreman
- Experience in Construction, New Build, or Fit Out related projects
- CSCS/SSTS/SMSTS Gold Card
- Good health & safety knowledge
- Tier 1 experience would be beneficial
