As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and delivery of a major project spanning in the South West of England. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the project, contributing to the future of sustainable energy infrastructure in Scotland.

What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will include (but not exhausted) to:
- Prepare both internal/external reports and liaise with stakeholders
- Ensure reports provide relevant information which enables decisions to be made which are informed, cost effective and in line with overall strategy
- Lead a relentless focus on Zero Harm & keep up to date with changes in legislation
- Develop, implement and update resource allocation plans (OBS) and raise appropriate requests
- Develop high performing diverse teams, promote a pipeline of talent and assist with internal training through supporting, guiding, motivating and empowering the team.
- Lead risk/opportunity reviews, present the Risk Register and recommend/implement changes
- Ensure procurement plans are available in line with the overall project plans, such that material/resources/supply chain can be delivered to meet scheduled deadlines
- Ensure all work is undertaken with a view towards handover and certification
- Develop, implement, review and periodically update resource loaded schedules
- Ensure that expenditure is in line with the budget and that resources are utilised efficiently to ensure cost control
- Advocate consistency and reliability of digital data to support successful project delivery - data driven decisions
