Our work is essential to enable HS2 trains to travel between London and Birmingham as well as continue their journey up to Manchester. It’s an incredibly exciting time to join us – we’re at peak construction with work really ramping up on a broad range of assets including bridges, tunnels and viaducts. Plus you’d join 9,000 people across 72 nationalities working on this exciting section of HS2 across the region. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Engineer within the Drainage team. This role will be based on site in Warwickshire. Building a 12.5km stretch covering areas in Leamington Spa, Coventry, and Solihull. The sublot is responsible for the creation of viaducts, over bridges and, under bridges as well as a retaining structure at Stoneleigh Park Business Park. Sublot 2A is the southern most section of mainline. The sublot extends north from Southam through Warwickshire up towards Kenilworth. Experienced required : • Civil Engineering Degree • Drainage experience • Produce accurate records • Driving Licence • Experience working in UK Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Engineer within the Earthworks Team . This role will be based on site in Water Orton, The project’s most complex network of structures in the West Midlands, this sublot includes the Delta Junction – a triangular section of the high-speed railway made up of nine precast segmental viaducts, embankments, and other bridging structures, with around 10km of track crossing a network of motorways, roads and rivers. Precast Segmental Viaduct is a unique method never used in the UK and involves highly complex construction sequences with the use of bespoke plant design to erect precast viaducts. The following qualities/experience are essential: • Experienced Site Engineer on Civil Engineering major construction projects ideally on Earthworks • Able to clearly communicate the requirements of a safe system of work to ensure that these are followed accurately • Capable of taking ownership of tasks and communicating outcomes with clarity, including managing others • Holds a current driving license and CSCS Card.
