From bridges and viaducts to buildings and marine assets, our work extends the life of critical infrastructure in a safe, sustainable and innovative way. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join our Warrington team, supporting preconstruction and early project development with high-quality, buildable engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review enquiry documents, client briefs, reports and specifications
- Prepare technical queries, internal briefing documents and delivery plans
- Develop engineering solutions and undertake detailed buildability reviews
- Produce technical documentation including:
- Technical proposals & reports
- Method statements & ITPs
- Sketches, drawings and programmes
Qualifications
- An engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Working towards or holding professional membership (e.g. IEng / CEng – ICE)
- Experience with contractors or consultants in the civil engineering sector
- Knowledge (or interest) in specialist techniques such as:
- Structural concrete repair
- Strengthening & protection
- Cathodic protection
- Sprayed concrete
- CFRP strengthening
- Waterproofing & leak sealing
- Post‑tensioning, grouting or resin injection
