About The Role
Are you ready to take ownership and make a real impact on one of the UK’s most exciting projects? We’re looking for an Electrical Appointed Person (AP) to join our team and deliver high‑quality temporary site services at Glen Mor.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead with safety and sustainability at the heart of everything you do.
- Ensure compliance with Work Package Plans, Risk Assessments, and Health & Safety standards.
- Maintain plant and tools, ensuring they’re fit for purpose.
- Drive improvements through observation and collaboration with teams and subcontractors.
- Support QA processes using BIM Field 360 and uphold a “Right First Time” culture.
- Stay ahead of legislation and British Standards (BS7671) requirements.
Who we're looking for:
- Strong communicator with the ability to implement safe systems of work.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and flexible – including nights and weekends.
- Current driving licence, ECS Card, and SMSTS certification.
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and electrical specifications.
- Team player with a solution‑focused mindset and a passion for quality.
Desirable:
- Fully qualified Electrician aiming to progress into an AP role.
- Experience in temporary electrical installations and delivering high‑standard projects.
