About The Role
Are you ready to lead the charge in the Energy Transition Sector? If you’re passionate about delivering transformative projects with a commitment to safety and excellence, we want to hear from you. The Digital Administrator will manage, compile, and deliver key data between site and digital systems. As part of the wider Project team, you will act as the key liaison between teams, ensuring effective communication, consistency in data presentation, and adherence to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Compile, organise, and enter data into digital systems, in compliance with client reporting requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in all systems before submission for reporting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and updates for reports.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordination, administrative, or reporting role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Effective relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT/Digital tools (PowerBI, Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
