What you’ll be doing:

  • Interview scheduling: Coordinate high volumes of interviews by liaising with partner organisations, candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely process.
  • Team support: Work closely with Recruitment Advisors to raise requisitions, draft job adverts, engage with hiring managers and arrange meetings—always aiming to deliver the best possible service.
  • Continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline how we work, propose solutions and help implement changes that improve our processes.
  • Customer service: Keep candidate and hiring manager experience at the forefront of everything you do, with clear communication and proactive follow‑up.
  • Enhanced admin support: Update systems, process contract administration and support reports/analysis that add value—while remaining fully GDPR compliant.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven ability to manage and schedule a high volume of interviews or meetings.
  • Strong administrative skills with confidence using MS Office and recruitment or business platforms/ATS.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Experience within an agency or in‑house recruitment team (advantageous, not essential).
  • A genuine customer focus and the enthusiasm to support an efficient, high‑quality recruitment service.
