We’re strengthening our SHEA (Safety, Health, Environment and Assurance) team with a dedicated Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering impactful projects that improve lives and protect the environment, working alongside industry leaders in a culture that prioritises wellbeing, safety, and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide Health, Safety, & Wellbeing (HSW) advice, guidance, and coaching to Project Teams
- Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety
- Conduct HSW site visits which could include inspections, advisory visits, and engagement visits
- Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on-site briefings
- Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects
- Share best practice and support innovation across the alliance
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership
- A valid CSCS Safety Professional card
- Strong communication and people skills – you’re trusted, respected, and supportive
