What You\’ll Be Doing

• Manage costs and income across your area of responsibility.
• Support with measuring, recording and valuing work in line with rules and procedures.
• Prepare cost reconciliation statements and assist with financial reporting.
• Engage with and manage our supply chain.
• Support procurement activities and document control.
• Use Balfour Beatty’s ERP and digital systems to track, analyse and present commercial data.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, supply chain partners and clients to ensure projects meet commercial, legal and quality standards.

Who We\’re Looking For

• A BSc in Quantity Surveying (or working towards one).
• A valid CSCS card (Academically Qualified).
• A strong interest in achieving professional membership with RICS, ICES or CIOB.
• Good communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
