Our innovative thinking shapes our industry; equipping the world for tomorrow’s challenges. Join our UKCS – Balfour Beatty Living Places team as a Mobile HGV Technician and you can contribute to tangible, worthwhile work you can be proud of.
Role Purpose
Safe and effective service repair and maintenance of HGV’s.
What you\’ll be doing
Your Accountabilities Will Be As Follows
- Ensure highest standard/quality of workmanship on all maintenance requirements, repair on HGV and specialist vehicles
- Exceeding of Customer’s expectations
- Ensure that a safe system of work is carried out at all times and in line with the Company’s health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
Who we\’re looking for
- HGV City & Guilds or equivalent qualification within the relevant field – or ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of skill
- Basic computer skills
- HGV MOT laws / requirements
- Knowledge of Health and Safety laws
- HGV Driving Licence
- Diagnostic equipment usage
- Customer focused
- IRTEC accredited
- Winter Maintenance knowledge
