About the role:
We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in our Water (Infrastructure) team with a focus on potable water infrastructure (pipelines). As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will review civil and pipeline engineering aspects, provide guidance, and contribute to projects involving potable water (clean) and water recycling (wastewater) infrastructure (pipelines/networks). You will support design efforts for various infrastructure schemes, ensuring all designs are compliant with current legislation and standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with Design Managers and Technical Managers to track milestones and review dates.
- Work with Principal Engineers to improve design calculations, standards, and products.
- Review project drawings, calculations, and change requests for standards compliance and responsiveness.
- Lead design review meetings and contribute to CDM and commissioning strategies.
- Maintain quality using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows and support engineers to meet project timelines.
- Promote innovative technologies, manage technical knowledge, and adhere to MAS standards.
- Mentor engineers to develop skills and establish procedures.
