What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement a best-in-class Supply Chain Strategy aligned with project priorities.
- Lead relationship meetings with key supply partners and drive performance through KPIs and dashboards.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Champion continuous improvement, lean processes, and digital transformation.
- Embed sustainable procurement practices and enable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Who We're Looking For
- A proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and negotiation.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in construction or civil engineering supply chains (desirable, not essential).
- Ability to challenge norms, influence stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Knowledge of legal frameworks and contract law.
