What you\’ll be doing
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, your job is like helping plan and construct roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll work on-site and in the office, learning how to design, build, and maintain these structures whilst ensuring everything is built correctly and safely.
Who we\’re looking for
- Graduates with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; the programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
- This role involves regular site-based visits, including travel on-site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver\’s license.
